Help us "Shine a Light on Domestic Violence". Women In Need's (www.wintexas.org) 2nd annual GLOW run! Join us on Saturday, May 7, 2016 for a great time and great cause. Register early as we ran out of shirts last year. Onsite Registration begins at 6pm on race day with race starting at dusk. This year Women In Need’s 5k Glow Run will be focused on bringing domestic violence out of the dark and bringing awareness to the community about the services available to victims and families dealing with domestic, dating, and intimate partner violence. The money raised at the event will go directly to Women In Need and the clients we serve by providing free services such as: 24 hour crisis line, crisis intervention, counseling, support group, legal advocacy and prevention and education programs.

So let’s plan to illuminate the issue of domestic violence at the “Shine a Light on Domestic Violence” Glow Run and be a part of this exciting and trans formative work! 

Awards for Top Finishers, most creative use of Neon, most creative use of glow sticks and MORE! Stay after the race for the glow party and raffle prizes. Bring your family, Bring your friends!

Vendors Welcome! Stay for the afterparty and raffle prizes. 

Onsite Registration starts at 6PM. Speakers and Survivor Testimonies and Candlelight Vigil prior to the race. Come hear some inspirational stories and show support for victims of domestic violence.
